I have had the opportunity to work with Fred Copestake within our structure for our sales and marketing teams throughout Europe. Fred participated in over 30 programs presented to our teams even intervening directly in certain markets for additional focus and assistance.
I collaborated directly with Fred on numerous occasions in preparing specially formulated programs for our distribution teams across Europe. The programs enabled the participants to share their experiences and then formulate the best practices to be used.
The wonderful thing about Fred is his capacity to adapt to all environments/cultures and get the message across.
